The AdminForSchools system, through the online student registers, automatically keeps track of both a students attendance and of the hours a teacher has worked against their contracted hours. This infomation can then be used to help simplify your weekly/monthly payroll calculations.
You can also add in any cover lessons they have done and any additional non teaching hours.
The basic AdminForSchools system enables you to track who has and hasn't paid for classes, whether they are on a subscription basis, or are paying per class.
With the addition of our finance module you can also keep track of all your general income and expenditure, produce receipts and invoices for clients, issue refunds, track different payment methods and search for specific transactions.
Regardless of whether you a small single site centre with 250 students, or a large group with multiple sites and thousands of students, the AdminForSchools system can work for you and allow each centre to operate independently, but still give senior management an overview and access to all centres from a single login.
Currently the full AdminForSchools system and all external communciations is available in both English and Spanish, other languages will be added in the near future. Users can select their prefered language and the centre management can choose the language to send messages and reports to parents. A translation feature is built in so if teachers can't speak the parents language any teacher comments on the student reports can be automatically translated.
