Parent Communication

The AdminForSchools system helps you to increase engagement with students and parents by providing several means of automatically sending information to them. End of term progress reports and the results of in class evaluations can be sent directly to parents, or adult students by email from the AdminForSchools system from an email address branded with your school's name. In addition the bulit in parent portal, branded with your logo and name allows parents to go online and see complete record of all their childrens evauations and reports.

Branded with your logo and unique domain name, the built in parent portal gives every parent has a unique access code that allows them to sign in to the parent portal and see the results of all the assessments and progress reports for all their children.

There is also an optional facility for teachers to send general messages to all the parents of students in a class about the activities that class has been doing.

Automatic Emails to parents

The admin for schools system can automatically send the results of in class essements and the regular progress reports directly to parents so you no longer need to print them out and distribute them manually.

Also the system can provide all the email addresses for whole classes or courses for you to cut and paste into your own email system to send out informational messages or marketing materials.
