Payments and Finance

The management of student payments for classes is built into the basic system and is available to all users regardless of the number of students.

From our extensive experience of working with small to medium sized after school accademies we have found that there are multiple diffrent billing scenarios depending on the nature of the course. We have identified 4 different class payment scenarios that you might require:

• Scheduled payments where the student pays a fixed amount at regular intervals
• Pre-payment for blocks of classes or whole courses
• Payment on a class by class basis
• Pre-payment for blocks of lesson hours

All you have to do is tell the AdminForSchools system the billing mechanism that you want to use for a particular course and it will then automatically keep track of all the student payments.

Payments

The optional finance module extends the basic tracking of student payments in the main system to allow you to track the type of payment made (Cash, Credit Card, etc.) and the bank account if appropriate that the payment was made into. You can create an unlimited number of payment types and accounts. You can also record student payments for other items such as textbooks, required equipment, uniforms etc.

Expenses

In addition to student payments the finance module allows you to classify and record and expenses you may pay for in running the business such utility bills, salaries, stationary materials etc.

Financial Reporting

The AdminForSchools system can show, on your homepage, a realtime state of your various accounts, and using the built in reporting function allow you to create and export your own custom finamnce reports.
